 The winter season is now upon us (Insert sad face here :( ) .The first snowfall of the season happened on Saturday and it was horrible. Of course that day we were running errands. Driving in it wasn't bad, but being out there in general was horrible. It was nice to see, but I am definitely no looking forward to anymore snow... Time to pull out the snowboots...smh

Today was a Good Day

Following the great words of Ice Cube...Today was a good day..
I got up feeling refreshed was late to my first class, but still got things done. I had a midterm exam, which I felt was pretty easy .On my way back home the train was stuck for about 30 mins.due to an earlier incident. However, my Ipod was fully charged and my music kept me sane! I Got home to a great dinner cooked by my aunt (Love her) AND my little BAM was energetic and happy to see me!...(I love him Soo much) I have no complaints about anything. So in the end today was a good day.

Lets see what tomorrow brings....

AAAhh!!... I am so happy that spice world is on..I was one of the biggest spice girls fans back in the day.. I used to know every song.. all the dance routines.. I collected the stickers.. the books..the candy.. The dolls.. I had the microphone set...[whoo! I love my parents lol.] Back in the day when life was fun and free. I miss those days.

J.Cole has been dominating my Ipod since his CD dropped..yea Im hooked!..I pretty much love every song on the album. Its so fresh to hear something that doesn't make me put on my 'WTF is he talkin bout face' .....I guess I just cant get enough..

Loving Anderson and Dr. Drew

Today, I actually got the time to check out two talks shows that I have been wanting to watch; Anderson(Anderson Coopers show) and Dr. Drew's Life changers. I Must say that I was kinda skeptic about both shows, but after watching I think

Dr. Drews Life Changers
On Dr. Drew's Life Changers, he talks about life issues and problems. He offers advice that will not only solve them, but will hopefully help them to transform their life.(hence the name life changers lol). Although it may seem like the same format used for all these other talks shows, there is something a little different that makes it work.

I think that his expertise and experience as a physician treating addicts, helps him better communicate with the guests. It also contributes to the likeliness of the show. Today's show was a great one as it discussed cheating and relationships. The light and fun feeling that the show has, will definitely attract a younger audience.



Anderson
Anderson brings his journalistic views and informative story telling to daytime. He offers a variety of topics that stem from; local and world wide problems, to hot trends and celebrity entertainment. His pure interest in these topics is what makes him exciting to watch. His compassionate demeanor, makes the show warm and welcoming.

As I watched today's show, I loved seeing Anderson became so enthusiastic about the discussion. (Not to mention he is just great in general.:) Today's show was about LOVE and spreading it.

OMG!..Long Time No See

Hi!!!... I missed you all soo much I havent been on here in forever but im glad to be back..The news is, I  have been busy with life and working. I hope all has been well. keep positive and keep pushing forward. Even though it has been about a week since his passing, I'd like to dedicate this post to a man I admired... STEVE JOBS!
